As of July 15, all of your AES curriculum is now available in the iCEV platform. That means it’s time to migrate your classes!

In this article, you will learn how to migrate the AES classes you have been using into your iCEV account.

You can migrate your classes to the iCEV platform two ways:

Start from your AES Account
Start from your iCEV Account

Note: You do not have to transition your classes from AES to iCEV, you can choose to start fresh in your iCEV account. If you prefer to start from scratch within iCEV, click here to learn how to create your iCEV courses.

How to Migrate your AES Classes to iCEV from your AES Account

Step 1

Log into your AES Account: learn.aeseducation.com

Step 2

In the top banner, click the yellow Migrate my Courses button.

Step 3

If you already have an iCEV account, click Yes, Continue.

If you do not, Click No, Create my iCEV Account. You will receive an email to set up your username and password.

To create your iCEV account, click the Getting Started link in your Welcome to iCEV email.

Step 4

Select the Course Titles of the AES Classes you wish to migrate into your iCEV account.

Note: There will be a future opportunity to migrate your custom exams after August 15th. We recommend migrating your classes now to begin planning and enrolling students. You will be notified when it's time to migrate your custom exams.

Step 5

Click the yellow Migrate my Courses button.

Your Courses will appear on your My Courses screen within iCEV. You can customize and explore settings by selecting the course name!

How to Convert your AES classes to iCEV from within your iCEV Account
