Starting July 15, 2023, you will be able to move your desired AES classes into your iCEV account.

Prior to moving your AES classes into the iCEV platform, we recommend you take these key steps:

  1. Start your iCEV trial to set up an account and get familiar with the iCEV platform.

  2. Export your grades from the AES system.

  3. Watch the recording of What You’ll Gain in iCEV for the 23-24 School Year to learn features you’ll get access to, how the iCEV lesson structure will work with your students, and how your materials will be migrated over the summer.

  4. Share the iCEV system requirements with your administrator or IT department.

  5. Connect with your administrator and iCEV contacts if you plan to use an LMS or SSO integration for the 2023-24 school year.

  6. Review the AES + iCEV Transition FAQ to discover answers to lingering questions you may have.

Closer to July 15, you will receive additional communications about the process and how you can begin your transition from AES to iCEV.
