A student may already have an AES account from a previous class or may need to enroll into an additional class.

Students who have already created accounts can still enroll with an enrollment code.

Note: If a student does not recall their password, you can add them to the class and then reset their password.

In this article, you will learn how to have students with existing AES accounts self-enroll in a new class.

Step 1

Sign in as a teacher at learn.aeseducation.com

Step 2

Select the Class you want students to enroll in.

Step 3

On the Students tab, click Enroll Students in the left-hand menu.

Step 4

In the Student Self-Enrollment box, you will find your class’s unique enrollment code.

(Images are a sample and do not contain an existing enrollment code.)

Step 5

Give this unique five-character enrollment code to your students.

Step 6

Direct students to learn.aeseducation.com, and instruct them to select I am a Student.

Step 7

Students will sign into their existing AES account.

Note: If a student has forgotten their password, follow these steps to reset it.

Step 8

Students will click Enroll into a New Class and type in the Enrollment Code you gave them.

Step 9

Once enrolled, your students will appear in the Student Roster. At this point, we recommend you close enrollment to prevent duplicate enrollments.

Once your students are enrolled, you may need to manage their accounts. Learn how to troubleshoot the most common student account issues by reading this article:
