The Move Student feature keeps all progress and grades recorded to the student's account. It's especially helpful in the event a student needs to transfer from your class to another period or a new instructor.

In this article, you will learn how to:

  • Move a Student to Another Class on Your Student Roster

  • Move a Student to Another Class on the Student's Dashboard

Move a Student to Another Class from Your Student Roster

The Student Roster is the Students tab within your classes. It gives you a full list of the students enrolled and helps you manage student accounts.

Step 1

Sign in as a teacher at learn.aeseducation.com.

Step 2

On the My Classes tab, select your class your student is enrolled in and click the Students tab.

Step 3

Locate the student on your roster that needs to be moved and click the Edit drop-down menu in the left-most column.

Step 4

Select Move from the drop-down menu.

Step 5

A pop-up will appear where you can select the teacher and the class the student will be moving to. Then click the Move Student button.
