The automatically graded assessments are great for most cases, but sometimes nothing beats a paper test where students fill in the answers with a pencil.

Some scenarios that you may want to provide a printed assessment could include: students won’t have access to devices on testing day, it’s a practice test you want the students to have a physical copy to review or to meet an IEP student’s needs.

In this article, you will learn how to:

  • Print a unit quiz or module test for students to take a paper copy

  • Print a custom exam for students to take a paper copy

  • Print your answer key

You’ll likely want to print an answer key for each version of the assessment, so before you shuffle for a new version, make sure you print and label your key!
