In this article, you will learn how to customize the modules in your classes by excluding units that you don't plan to use and including the units you do plan to use.
How do excluding and including units differ from open and closed unit access to students? Here's a quick video for you!
How to Exclude Units from the Module
Step 1
On your My Classes tab, click the class you want to edit.
Step 2
Click the Assignments tab.
Step 3
Click the Module title.
Step 4
Find the unit you want to exclude from the module and select the green Unit Included toggle. Every unit in a module (teacher-led or available for students) in all 4 Phases can be excluded.
Note: When you exclude a unit, it will no longer be visible to your students, and the curriculum hours for the module will update. Also, keep in mind that if you remove all units from the Learn & Practice phase, the module test will automatically be excluded from the module.
