Are you teaching the same class for consecutive marking periods? If so, we recommend the Reset Class feature to save you time.
Resetting a class lets you archive your existing class with student data and create a duplicate class with the same modules and settings, without students enrolled.
Reset Your Class
Sign in as a teacher at learn.aeseducation.com.
On the My Classes tab, find the class you want to reset and click the Reset button.
A pop-up will appear on your screen. Confirm your selection by clicking the Reset Class button.
Your class has been reset and will be assigned a new enrollment code.
Note: Teachers often use the Rename button on the reset class, so the new class is easily identified. This is especially helpful if you ever need to access any copies of the class from your archive.
Resetting a class is a combination of deleting a class and copying a class. The original class gets added to your class archive and you have a fresh class to use with your next group of students.
To retrieve a student's grade from the original class, restore your class.
