The Student Roster is on the Students tab within your classes. It gives you a full list of the students enrolled, ways to manage their accounts, their email/username, and when they last logged into AES.
Step 1
Sign in as a teacher at learn.aeseducation.com.
Step 2
On the My Classes tab, select the class your student is enrolled in and click the Students tab at the top of the page.
Step 3
Click the Edit drop-down menu in the left-most column.
Step 4
Select the option that will assist your student.
Step 5
A pop-up will appear so you can make the specific change needed for your student.
For example, see the screen capture below for changing a student's Username/Email. Edit the email for a typo or as needed, then click the yellow Change Email button to save changes.
