Many teachers find it useful to have their students complete worksheets digitally rather than on paper (where the possibility of being misplaced becomes significantly increased). So why not have everything in one convenient place? That's exactly what we thought, too. So here's how to turn on those convenient, tree-saving electronic student worksheets.

On the Assignments tab for each class, there is a box you can check to turn on the worksheets. NOTE: You must turn on this setting separately for each course.

Here's how to turn on Electronic Worksheets for your class:

  1. On the Classes tab, choose a class.
  2. Click the Assignments tab.
  3. On the left, click Student Worksheets.

4. Check the Use electronic worksheets box.

When the electronic worksheets have been turned on, they will take the place of the paper (PDF) version. Both the PDF and e-worksheets contain the same content so they can work interchangeably based on the situation of your classroom.

Here's how to see the worksheets once students have saved answers…

  1. On the Classes tab, choose a class.
  2. Click the Grades tab.

3. On the left, click Worksheets.

4. On the Worksheets screen, in the Module: box, choose a module.

5. In the grid, click the appropriate cell to display the worksheet.

Here's what the online student worksheets look like!
